If you are lucky you will have not wait time. Generally if you want to speak with the pharmacist then good luck waiting 30/45mins.
Its very messy with so many things s around.
One thing good is depending on the person dispensing me your query can be solved quickly and efficiently.
Good pharmacy with helpful staff and they have medication available.
I came to the pharmacy in the morning to pick my medicine, i asked to speak to the pharmacist in private, the pharmacist simply responded that we cant & have to speak in front of everyone, not sure why he said that, even when theres a little room we could've gone in it. Didn't seem helpful at all. Not going there again.
I find this pharmacy the best one in my area..
They have an excellent effecient home delivery service also when you pay a visit to the pharmacy you will come out satisfied as the pharmacist are so helpful and the overall customer service is so fast and efficient you get seen to straight away whereas I have been to other pharmacies their customer service is very poor but with Sinclair pharmacy they are excellent..

The owner of this pharmacy is dishonest and unethical. Unqualified staff are in the dispensary who are not qualified and therefore legally not allowed to dispense medication - putting the public at risk. Furthermore, the owner has previously refused to pay certain staff their wages and blocks their numbers after being politely requested multiple times. The entire pharmacy operates on problematic and unethical grounds, and such a pharmacy should both be stayed away from and not allowed to run.
By far the best Pharmacy I Know thank you Jay and Mayur and all the amazing Ladies and the Pharmacists to. You are always so helpful.. the service is brilliant!!!!! Always looking after me and my family. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Called doctor at 11 o’clock today doctor was sending prescription to Sinclairs chemist Ben Johnson Road within the hour or tablets which through the door you can’t get better service than that have used this chemist ever since I was a little boy 52 years of age now would not change a thing thank you
This is a superb pharmacy, the staff are very caring, patient and helpful. They are great - thank you.
