I have problems with my eyes occasionally and have received good service even in places like Tesco and Boots pharmacy previously, where the staff were looking at my affected eye closely before administering advice. This place is not like that. They didn't seem particularly interested in my issue but also didn't tell me to get doctor's advice instead, and flogged me completely ineffective eye drops that I have to throw away.
It would have been less stars if they hadn't provided a good service to the community during the peak vaccination effort.
Bunch of liars.say medication avaiable,when reach in rain say sorry not available quantity as agreed.waste of time.
Came here yesterday with my Dad to have his Covid booster jab. He's recovering from a hip replacement so currently has mobility issues. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and came to the car to give him his vaccine. Truly grateful to them for doing this and can't thank them enough. True customer service above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you so much!
Disappointing service here. Went in for some medicine and the woman gave me a mushroom traditional medicine potion that my doctor told me was totally ineffective. Her abrasive attitude certainly didn’t help either. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place is affiliated with Hillsong.
First vaccine was fine, however I was forced to raise the point during my 2nd vaccine of asking the staff to change gloves and wash their hands in between vaccinating patients, especially after the staff member was holding the base of the actual needle with his fingers.
I appreciate many people are being vaccinated everyday, but just because you are not a hospital, doesn't mean you shouldn't follow best hygiene practises when you are medically administering a vaccine.
FYI - don't leave the door open where we can clearly see you not sanitising your hands between patients, then lie and say you do!
I popped in yesterday for my covid jab. The clinic is very well organised from registration through to leaving the premises. Very little wait despite being early. I felt a bit faint after my jab but the clinic's doctor and all the staff were very professional and reassuring. I would reccomend this clinic to anyone especially those a bit apprehensive, they will put you at ease.
Had my covid jab here. Everyone was so lovely - pharmacy staff & NHS workers alike. Cannot thank the team enough for looking after me so well. I fainted due to the heat and excitement and felt like I was in the best hands possible. The pharmacy itself is also very clean and well organized. Thank you again!
I don't normally like leaving bad reviews - especially for small businesses - but right now I'm unspeakably angry at how I've been essentially jerked around. I booked my Covid vaccine appointment for 30th August, and yet when I turned up at Silverfields for it, the place was closed for the bank holiday! Whether the fact I was able to book an appointment for a vaccine venue that was going to be closed is due to a fault on the NHS website or with Silverfields's system - I don't know. But the fact is, Silverfields MUST have seen they had all these vaccine appointments booked for the bank holiday, and they didn't contact ANY of these people to tell them they'd be closed and would need to rebook! An absolute farce and a waste of time for what's going to be a whole bunch of people
