Silks Solicitors Limited has been a huge disappointment. Not only did they fail to respond to my complaint about their poor service, but they also mishandled my funds by charging excessive fees and providing little value in return. To make matters worse, they even gave my money to someone else. I strongly advise against using their services as they lack professionalism and customer care.
Well I have to say Amarjit was great when she took over my case from the previous solicitor. I was kept well informed of what was happening and any questions I had she was able to provide a good reply which I understood as it was my first house purchase. Thanks a lot
