If 111 try to refer you to this pharmacy do not accept and ask if there's another pharmacy available. The pharmacist was not at work or too busy to talk to me. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not surprised.
After using this pharmacy and finding them previously helpful, after today's service I will no longer do so in the future. Today spoke with a woman on the phone who was immediately rude and abrupt, she appeared to not want to know, and actually told me to call back as she was far too busy labelling items to deal with my prescription request. No apology. Such a shame, but I'll go elsewhere now.
