Fantastic treatment every time at this practice. The dentist is calming and kind, puts you at ease, and gives your teeth a good clean during a check up. I'm always confident that any treatment needed will be done to a high standard. He didn't even charge me to fix my crown back on after it came off (I'd had the crown a good while, and before it was initially fitted he had advised me it might not last long as I didn't have much tooth left to fix it to, but he was keen to try to work with it rather than extract it - great service in my opinion! ).
Also a mention to the receptionists who are always friendly and helpful.
Went for a routine check up today and I was shocked/appalled at the dentists behaviour. He was weirdly obsessed that I had not used his services for so long. I felt bullied and harassed by him during my time at the practice. Alongside, I pay for my treatment and this is no way for: an educated professional to treat his clients. My mental health has really suffered as a result too. I will not be returning nor would I recommend such an obtuse/vile individual.
Exceptional practice. Guv (dentist) is one of a kind. Fantastic knowledge and treatment of the highest care is always given.

I can honestly say I have never felt so at ease in a dental practice.
The worst dental practice in birmingham, I honestly wouldn’t bother, I went in, had a check up. Missed 1 follow up appointment, which I was charged for. A year later I tried to book another appointment and they blocked me from making any further appointments in future for missing 1 measles appointment, which was missed for good circumstance. Do not even bother, the receptionist is useless and has a terrible attitude also, I mean just call in for yourself and see.
This has been my dentist for the past couple of years and I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. I recommend this practice highly.
Totally unprofessional and no empathy. They made me wait for a month when I had a bleeding mouth and cancelled the appointment last minute. Then I had to call them when they said I can come after another month. What was my fault that even after paying them, they can cancel the appointment and make you wait for 2 months. I can't eat properly and these people can't even bother to call and set up a nearest appointment.
My dentist for over ten years. The receptionist and dental nurse are lovely. I have not had any issues with making appointments even at short notice. The dentist is gentle and patient. Before going to that surgery I had become very scared of going to the dentist but they all really look after you. I would definitely recommend this surgery ????
I've always been terrified of the dentist and after suffering with severe pain for about a week I finally took the courage and went to the dentist having heard great reviews, got an appointment for the same day and was nervous. The receptionist upon walking in is so calming and of a caring nature it makes you feel at ease the second you walk in, the dental nurse and dentist put you at ease and explain everything to you, I require a root canal and filling and for now have a temporary filling which has eased my severe pain. I'm so glad I finally got the courage to go here because for once I'm looking forward to getting my dental work done instead of avoiding the dentist. Would recommend to everyone, anxious patients, families with young children etc.
