Great friendly pub staff great an chat with you great atmosphere everyone friendly always a great night when we are in
Caters for the less fussy punter.
Locals are decent enough but it really is very run down, bogs are a mess and the pub could do with letting some air in from time to time.
RIP Bob McEwan. He used to drink here and it's a nice place. Xxxx

Service is good probably could do with 2 staff on sometimes,atmosphere is great lovely people.
Great night was had by all at the Willie Whitson memorial darts tournament hosted by the Ship Inn looking forward to next year a big thanks to Michael/ Emma and staff also Davie Sharp Nd Ryan Bell who made sure it went well

No food, just snacks, good local friendly pub.
I've not been in Dalkeith for many a moon but our pub crawl never got started because we stayed in each pub for at least three rounds. Now you wouldn't do that if the boozer was bad news. You know it makes sense.
