I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the off licence. The individual manning the place seemed more interested in their mobile than assisting customers. When I needed help scanning a code into the parcel return machine, they not only refused assistance but also responded with unnecessary rudeness. It was evident they couldn't be bothered to pay any attention to customers struggling with basic tasks. A truly disappointing and frustrating encounter.
Came in to do an Amazon return. Told (quite bluntly) to use the machine. Used the machine then told by the machine to hand it to a staff member. Except I then had to wait five minutes just for the staff member to stop texting just so I could physically hand him the package. I said bye have a good day and he ignored me. Only 2 stars because the return of the parcel was successful but would never come back here.
A great little store. Well stocked and a handy Hermes collection/drop off point.The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is they never answer
their telephone. For instance, if your newspaper is not delivered you need to
visit the store.
Bad customer service , visited quite long ago ,the lady refused to accept the parcel. Hermes site says pacel size is accepatble but the lady at the shop refused after coversation with her partner then very poor customer service
Great little shop... Great guys running the place.. and always open to suggestions of stock. Very handy little place.
Only losing a star as it really could do with having a cashpoint and a top up service for amenities.
When you lose money in this shop they don't tell you they got it or any think my boyfriend what in there with he's money them come out thought it put it back in he's pocket but he don't they don't be truer in this place be careful
The lady was really good customer service. Reasonable price
Things have changed here the new owner is a million times better I dropped a can the other day it exploded I said I'd pay for it but she kindly said accidents happen the lady that works here now you can't get any better
