When you expect a delivery of medication on a Friday & it doesn't arrive. Phoned them, to be told it would be delivered Monday.
Tried to ring numerous times throughout Monday to query something else.
Phone constantly engaged/ ringing & cutting off after a period of time/ someone picking up receiver & putting down.
Again, no delivery arrived but managed to speak to someone late afternoon. She told me the wrong prescription , & having corrected her, she told me it would be delivered tomorrow ( Tuesday)
Nope.
Tried ringing from 4pm & same 'ol.
I appreciate that they are busy etc, but found that their service seems to be declining rapidly
in recent months.
Pharmacies are not known for their fast turnaround times, but this one is in a different league. A request for me to wait 10 minutes was in fact 25 minutes and, judging by the comments of others waiting, this is not unusual here. An investment in customer service skills would also help. Try elsewhere.
Awful service. Came in to claim my caudalie offer and they said they don’t know anything about it even though the pharmacy is a nominated collection point on the website, spoke to a lady who in all fairness tried her best to help me, she advised the manager will call me on Monday, waited over a week for the phone call and heard nothing. When I phoned again was told the manager is on holiday. Don’t recommend.
Wonderful service from lovely, polite and helpful staff. There was an issue with my dad's prescription at Boots, but the staff here sorted it. So glad I changed - it feels like a more personal service. Also the lovely counter staff always greet me with a lovely smile - so refreshing!
Awful service with extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Out of 10 prescriptions from the doctors across the road there has been a problem with 9 of them. They don’t order anything in time and try and pass the blame elsewhere every time. This time it was for a 9 week old baby’s formula that they simply forgot to order and tried to lie about the dates they received the prescription. Will simply never use again

My teenage son found the staff rude , patronising and extremely unhelpful.
Perhaps staff should consider that young people have had a really tough time over the last two years and are struggling with anxiety related to doing things independently for the first time. Organised own doctors appointment and went to collect prescription which had been sent elsewhere by the doctors by mistake.
People working in a role such as this need to be patient and understanding not rude and sarcastic. You don’t realise the damage you do to young peoples confidence when you behave like this. THINK
Utter rubbish , The staff are well on their way to another gold medal in the ''Rudest, Most sour faced and Unhelpful '' Category for the tenth straight year. Now to add to the all round inconvenience of shutting for lunch and never reopening on time , they are now shut on a Saturday, very handy for those who work. I have finally had it and will not be using this joke of a pharmacy again , which probably suits the staff just fine as customers seem to be an irritant to them who get in way or doing absolutely nothing ( maybe trying to sour milk just by looking at it )
