Wasn't told my contactless payment hadn't worked so received a fine for non payment. Need some staff training, if they told me I would have entered my pin.
Young lady at the Rowe's pasty counter was very helpful and friendly.
Great selection but a tad pricey but that's expected at a service stop. Not pleased with how long some of the hot food was left in the cabinet for. My sausage roll was solid and crunchy, not enjoyable at all.

What an amazing experience. Ran out of oil and a young man supervisor, black hair, early 20’s helped us (didn’t get his name) found us the right oil and he later helped my daughter, rang his manger to see if there were batteries for our car key. Amazing chap. (Unfortunately my engines got a leak so I’ll be back for more oil.)
Absolute rip off for shop prices. I brought a chicken salad sandwich, bag of crisps and a picnic are came to almost £7
I went and bought a bottle of gas there was only one cashier so. couldn't be served there and then but was told that another cashier will start work in 10 mins if I would like to hang on I'll get seen then so I did and out the Blue the cashier bloke came looking for me and took my empty gas bottle told me to stay were I was sat in my car he brought me back a full gas bottle and put it into the boot of my car he was a gentleman
I go here frequently to refuel the works vehicle. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It’s recently had a major refurbishment in the shop and the choice of snacks has greatly increased. Really nice for a fuel station.
