Just back from a fabulous stay with my friends in Catral. Visited Sheerins twice, atmosphere, service and price all excellent. We went yesterday for the St Andrews day singalong. The bar went to a lot of effort decorating and giving a ‘free wee dram’ with your meal. The food was fabulous. If in Catral you have to go. It really is ‘a pub for all’ . Looking forward to next visit,
Had lunch there, wonderful Chicken and Bacon Pasta and Liver and Bacon. I even had the Treacle Pudding, yum yum. Can't wait to taste the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Will definitely eat there again. Very friendly and hard working staff.
Visited Sheerins with my partner on four occasions to watch football/rugby and have a bite to eat while staying for a month at the nearby campsite. Really enjoyed the lively atmosphere and friendly Brit locals but most of all the excellent food (the fish goujons and chips were the best I’ve ever tasted!) and friendly, helpful staff. The Man City bar staff lad (didn’t get his name) made sure we got to see the Aston Villa games when we asked him. However, the young lady with long hair and glasses behind the bar deserves a special mention. We were very impressed by her diligence as she efficiently and effortlessly served drinks and food, cleared and tidied tables, did the washing up, etc. On at least one occasion, we noted her carrying all this out single-handedly and completely unflustered! What a great asset and absolute star! If you want a great British pub experience while in Catral, Sheerins comes highly recommended!
Gezellige Engelse pub met een niet al te uitgebreide kaart. Dat neemt niet weg dat je er lekker kunt eten in een gezellige sfeer. De bediening aan de bar is vriendelijk en adequaat. Je drankje voor op het terras haal je zelf aan de bar. Het eten bestel je eveneens binnen maar wordt door een zeer vriendelijke dame aan je terrastegels geserveerd. De prijs/kwaliteit is dik in orde. Parkeren doe je op straat maar daar is meestal ruimte voldoende. Aanrader
Engelse pub/restaurant waar je een lekker hapje kunt eten. Geen uitgebreide kaart maar genoeg om een keuze te kunnen maken. Geen culinaire hoogstandjes maar wel een goed verzorgde eenvoudige maar smakelijke hap voor een alleszins heel betaalbare prijs. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Parkeergelegenheid voldoende in de directe omgeving.
Just popped into Sheerin's and had the all day Scottish breakfast. Absolutely delicious and excellent value. Friendly staff and great ambience, will definitely be back.
Great bar, with brilliant selection of drinks, entertainment was great and food was excellent with a lot of different options! Thanks for the hospitality, be back soon hopefully!
