Not impressed at all with this place. Firstly, for a steakhouse, the steaks were average tasting at best and were also served extremely rare even though I had asked for medium rare. The "fries" that they state on the menu are actually just wedges, and you only get five. My last comment to make is regarding the manager, after taking our payment, he stormed off in a dash with no "thank you" or "hope to see you again soon" so safe to say, I will not be returning.
Food good, service very good, however, can't believe we were told to keep the noise down !!!!!! We are 2 couples, all in our 50's. One of the guys a real comedian - how dare we laugh too loud. Diners next to us equally shocked. For this reason we will NOT be back.
We just got a raw spring rolls really smelly, chicken noodle soup which taste like salt with water and flour and "tasty" chicken cantonese style who had one piece of pineapple, onions hopeless sauce. looks like someone gave us leftovers for 25 pounds.the first time in my life I threw all the food. When i phoned with complain I heard that I got what i wanted and that is it!!!!!!!
Always Friendly, great food, good value for money. Generous portions. Always fresh but still fast. Best around! We drive 45 mile round trip for this takeaway.
Wee touch up on external elevations would certainly help, inside, can be bit cold sitting in, but really pleased with food and service friendly & efficient, used over and over, so must be doing something right
