To acquire a newer car and for it to break down more than 30 miles from where it was purchased and to find out that the seller (a vehicle dealer) wasn't prepared to come and help was a real shocker. Very Very grateful to these guys who did a "rescue job" and helped us out when we had never met any of them. Terrific customer service-this is how it should be

Went on spec to see if the could look at a leaking fuel hose as I was travelling to Lincoln in the afternoon. They replaced the hose straight away. Everyone was fantastic, really helped me out.
I needed a car recovering to my home address, not a breakdown, it was off the road on SORN at another location. After being let down by another company I called in to ask if Shaws' could help me out and they could have not been more helpfull. The recovery vehicle arrived exactly at the time and day agreed and the transfer was all done and dusted within the hour and the technician was very cheerfull and upbeat in his work. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
