PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE the disrespect is shocking.
I came here with my mother to buy some bread as soon as we entered the lady shouted at us to close the door in attitude. She knew me and my mum were together. We picked up 4 bags of bread and placed it on the counter together. For some reason we were getting really horrible looks of attitude and felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome I almost wanted to walk out.
The lady just stood there staring again so rudely for a few seconds and asked if we were together. I don't know if she wanted us to process the transaction ourselves or self serve it was so awkward! Then she said she does not have bags. We had a lot of shopping in our hands and she said if thats ok for us? Clearly not ok. She told us the price was £6.35 no good bye or anything its as if we were her enemies not customers!
I got home and saw my transaction was £8.35!
I called the shop and she said yes its 8.35 but i mentioned I was told 6.35. She said what are you calling for and why are you arguing? I said i called to check the price and she told me
"in future make sure you put all the bread on the counter"
Really disgusting attitude and its not the first time something happened here. Last time she told me I cant pay contactless and cash in such in such a intimidating way I said I have both I can just pay cash then? and she just argued and confused me.
It seems she wants to have a fight with her customers, too much arrogance and wants to cause an argument too see if she can win.
THIS WOMAN IS RUDE, AND HER ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING, DO NOT SHOP HERE, PLEASE KNOW YOUR WORTH AND DONT ALLOW THEM TO TREAT YOU BAD. ALSO EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC.
Really disappointed with this place. I explained I can't eat milk products (not an allergy) and asked which products contained milk. The lady behind the desk told me she doesn't know the ingredients of any of the products. You would probably fail a food hygiene inspection for that. As they know none of the ingredients the food must be cooked off site by an unknown.
Just went into Sharon’s bakery to buy some doughnuts . Unfortunately, they were rock hard and stale . When I mentionied to the shop assistant she told me if you don’t like them go somewhere else . Terribly rude and unhelpful and will not be returning!
By far the least friendly shop/bakery I’ve ever entered. From my experience, the workers behind the counter do no acknowledge your entrance into the shop, and are not helpful. Would recommend a customer service training course.
Bakery often closes early - i.e. today they closed up at 3:30pm. They advertise on Google and on the sign that they are open until 8pm - this is rarely, if ever, the case.
Great sesame bagels - (best eaten toasted). The bakery has a great asset having Roxana.
Very helpful young lad, ensured I got my doughnuts even though they ran out of them.He ordered them for me from their other branch...Thanks
The bagels are good here but the store could be cleaner. It looks a little dirty, which always concerns me in food establishments.
