Shanghai our No.1 local Chinese takeaway for many years very consistent food and lovely owners I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely amazing food. Always made exactly as I ask for it (and I'm very fussy and awkward) without complaint. Never had a bad meal from there. Very reasonably priced, portion sizes are large and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend the Singapore chow mein. Perfection every time. Our go to Chinese.
Absolutely love their chicken balls with sweet & sour. Lass on the phone remembers my order everytime, lovely people including the delivery drivers.
Absolutely disgusting food was cold what was meant to be crispy beef was more like dried foreskin do not recommend this at all unless you like sitting on the toilet all day food hygiene rating must be below 0
Best chinese in wakey I've been coming here for 4 years never had a bad meal service is always great highly recommended the chicken curry the spring rolls.
Poor customer service waited over an hour an half for the food and when I called to see where the order was got a mouthy woman on the other end of the phone
Always used this place multiple time a week until a few months back. Unfortunately both me & my partner were sick the next day. Never had any issues and the food was a nice as always but we’ve not been back as it only needs to happen once to put you off.
Just ordered the salt n pepper combo which came with curry and rice. To Stanley wakefield.the food was amazing and very good value for what we paid. Me and my mum enjoyed this very much and will definitely be ordering again. The lady on the phone was lovely and polite, and the delivery fella was lovely and polite too. I am very pleased we tried Shanghai tonight it's the best we've had in Wakefield by far.
