been ordering for years and today is the last time. Ordered orange chicken and it arrived within half an hour which was very fast.opened the tub and the chicken was grey and hard, either completely undercooked or old chicken.
Gorgeous food esp the curry , Ive never been a fan of duck from anywhere ,
until I tried it from here ,I've now had it in all style and flavours of meals, delivery is always very fast and polite as well , food is always piping hot
Absolutely appalling!! Spring rolls, prawn toast, and chicken balls were all overcooked and extremely greasy. They had a menu that did not list all ingredients in their meals, or list what allergens were in the meals. We ordered a chow mein in order to avoid any problems as we had ordered it before with no problem, however this time they included peppers of which my fiance is allergic. We then called to make them aware of this, we were automatically welcomed by a very rude and abrupt woman on the other end of the phone. Overall a disgusting experience... with not only the food leaving a bad taste in our mouth.
Went there last night sha tin has always been my childhood Chinese since our experience lastnight I will never return my son has ended up really poorly from eating the egg fried rice, this Chinese has went down the drain since the change of name it’s definitely not the same
Now under new ownership, quality of food and portion size has increased. Well worth trying now if you give it a miss in tge past
