It’s an ok place to get meds. Better than most places. Unfortunately they are limited on stock re medical supplies etc. but medicine wise, they always have and are attentive to patients
So friendly and helpful. Mum has dementia and loves to come in with me when we collect her medication. Thank you for everything you do to help her.
Several times I've needed to buy prescription medication or over the counter medication, this is my local pharmacy so I come here and everytime I receive fantastic customer service.
Lynn behind the counter is always friendly and eager to help if I'm ever unsure about the best things to treat myself with or even to help pay for my prescriptions.
I've never been to a pharmacy that has been so happy to help and this goes a long way to making me feel comfortable asking for help and information when I need it.

This is the friendliest, most helpful pharmacy I've ever visited. They tried everything in their power to help me out with an issue I was facing. I'm going to get my prescriptions sent straight here in the future.
I visited today 30/12/2020, for medication!
As I have a genuine exemption, I was not wearing a mask as I am NOT required to do so, however, I was asked to wear a mask. It was at this point that I informed them of my exemption. However, instead of accepting my explanation, the lady continued to harass me until yet another 'staff' member joined in with the harassment even telling me that they wouldn't serve me unless I stood outside (in the freezing cold)
I explained that I knew my rights and that harassment is considered a hate crime!
The lady continued and I left without purchasing the much need medication!
Avoid this Pharmacy if you can, this matter will be taken further!
A superb chemists. I am appalled at the pathetic reasons people give for their 1 star reviews. Clearly they are just negative people. The staff are friendly and always empathetic, caring and accomodating. Whenever an item has not been in stock, they offer to order it in. They are always open to suggestions and in 15 years of using this chemists they have always been EXCELLENT!

When ordering my repeat by phone, have been told it will be ready but it isn’t, so wasted trip on several occasions. No apologies or sense of responsibility. When trying to discuss how to improve communication Inwas passed to pharmacist who was not interested in what happened but in an intimidating tone of voice just started straight in with “stop telling me how to do my job! why are you trying to jump the queue! Just put it in writing! Stop bullying my staff!” It was very, very, very difficult to persevere with this conversation and find a space to speak at all, it was absolutely dreadful and nothing gets sorted out. They have no competition, are uncaring yet are meant to serve this community. I have moved elsewhere.
