Mon 10th Oct, 13:10 this young staff was very rude, she kinda snatched the £10 and threw change in my hand, and when giving the milkshake she gave it that fast like she was holding fire???? . I don't understand if you don't like your job or colored people u shouldn't be working there totally unprofessional. After this experience I'm not going back and wouldn't recommend it especially if you're Asian, there are many other places where you can get ice cream or milkshakes.
Staff were not in forcing social distancing, not directing people where to queue and where to wait. was first in the queue people were pushing in going around making their own Queue and staff or ignoring. Ordered a Ferrero milkshake, The milkshake was made poorly, not the way you get it in other places
I ordered an Oreo Sundae for my son and left really annoyed! My son made his choice based off the photos. I ordered, and paid, and the girl started preparing. Customer service was really poor from the start, with a private conversation continuing as if they weren't serving. When the sundae was handed over it was basically a small pot of ice cream, sauce around the side of the cup and two whole oreos plonked on top. Nothing like the photo! My son instantly got abit anxious and explained this wasn't right and he can't eat it, because the oreos shouldn't be whole.
I'm not expecting others to understand an autistic brain but I did not appreciate the eye rolls and looks we were both met with after I politely asked if the oreos could be crushed. Afterall I too expected it to come as in the photo. It was clearly too much effort (added maybe 20 seconds on, no customers were waiting).
Those additonal seconds I watched how the three girls reacted, as if he was making a weird request because he ordered an Oreo Sundae and he was given both of those things in the first place.
I'm only posting this as today he told me, 'do you know those girls with the ice cream kept looking at me yesterday making me feel weird'. This is unacceptable! He was made to feel as if he was weird because he questioned why what he ordered didn't look like what was handed over!
First of all, why are you advertising something using a visual photo and then presenting something different? Next and most of all your staff need to learn about customer service and to be kind and understanding. Alot of people process information better based on visual aids. Do not make anyone feel weird (especially a child) when they point out it doesn't look like a photo.
He seemed happy with his Sundae but I wouldn't return based on their customer service. It just highlighted to me people's continued ignorance and attitude when it comes to neurodiversity.
Judging by the honest reviews, it seems like the young girl who works there needs to go.

Around noon we went as a family and bought some dessert. The disgusting girl handled flakes with her filthy hands instead of the red tongs provided.
If you don't like your job then go back on the dole love.
Vile staff, horrible attitude problem. They keep young women, the type you find on Love Island, who have contempt for everyone else and are spoilt brats. Make zero effort to reduce the queue at a quicker pace, pull faces at customers if they make a mistake, and when they serve you they discriminate. If you look like them they will give you more but if you don't then they give you the smallest quantity possible, my ice cream looked awful, but out of politeness I didn't return it.
I went up to the two girls that were there at 16:20.I waited as they both ignored me for a good couple of minutes even though they turned around and saw me. They then said to me we’re only serving slushies and ice creams when they didn’t close until 5pm. I understand that they need time to wash up but 40minutes is just ridiculous. The girls obviously wanted to go home and couldn’t be bothered to wash up one more time. I’m really disappointed.
Waited in a long queue only to get to the till and miserable person serving then decides she's not serving shakes anymore!! Because she's only got 1 hour to clean up and finish her shift, so to say I wasn't happy was an under statement I merely pointed out that if she could see a queue forming it would have been good customer service to state no more milkshakes so people wouldn't waste their time waiting. Or maybe management should put up a sign stating the cut off time for ordering. I don't think 1hour before is really necessary though just lazy people who don't really want a job! This so called customer service person is the very same person that refused to serve shakes a few months back too because it wasnt convinient for her. Really would suggest a shake up of both staff and management here. 4 orders lost on 2 separate occasions some people just don't want business. Bring on a few more stalls like this one who do want business and get this one gone once and for all.
Staff were just chatting around. Took over 15 minutes for them to make a milkshake as everything was just sat around waiting. Should have ordered and then gone shopping... Was tasty though just a waste of time due to the service. Also they only had two sauces out of their selection.
