I have visited this place several times, but each time the food quality seems to have gone down. The chicken on the spit roast is very small and when you order a half or quarter chicken, it feels like you are eating bones instead of meat. Even the chips and the salad are not up to the mark, the salad looks stale and unappetizing. The person serving the food appears unkempt and has been wearing the same top for over a week. He doesn't look like he even wants to be there, which makes the place appear dull and depressing.
Such an old place, where you get warmth and great service. True to what they sell and who they are. Clean food, great, clean mided people. Thank you for being a part of the community and providing much more than just simple, homely comfort food.

Shahi Nan is well known in West London. It's legendary status is edged into the heart of the Asian community.
The Shepherds Bush branch is clean but small. As with all Shahi naan kebabs the kebabs are small (they get smaller every year).
The best thing is the chilli sauce with kebab role in fresh tandoori naan.
Nasty dirty. Kabab was cold. They have been shut down before for food poisoning. They should again. Got a kabab. Complained. They took the meat out. Put it in a bowl behind the counter. Give me new meat. It was cold again from a pot beside machine. Put my meat from first kabab back in the pot.
If you want fresh quality food then I highly recommend this place as it has fresh naan breed cooked as you wait and also the chicken is amazingly cooked on the grill.
The staff are also very polite and respectful at all times and always helpful.
This is a nice place to get quick food for your lunch and dinner. I love the meat chips combo, with salad and their special sauce. The mixture of all the three gives a tasty food. It is often busy, so I don't dine-in here. Service is all good and the staffs are really friendly.
