I walked into Shaftesbury pharmacy at 6:20 pm to book the following week to have the flu and covid vaccine top up, but I was shocked that they were willing to do it there and then. I'd like to say thank you to Fatima for a very calming young lady that has a fantastic bed side manner and quick service.
Great pharmacy. Patel is very professional. We did a 24h heart rate recording. He has been very helpful and took time to explain the whole process. Lila the pharmacist supervised him efficiently. Highly recommend this pharmacy. AG
I just spent a week here for my work placement as a pharmacy student. The staff are very friendly, they taught me a lot and I had a very pleasant experience working here.
The pharmacy is impressively big and has a full range of products.
Very slow though they have many staff. Sometimes they keep chattung and nibody comes to the counter. 20 minutes to get 3 tooth paste. I have been taking the same medication for years and they cannot find the prescription on the computer. Regarding the surgery it was sent 4 days ago.
Been coming to this pharmacy for many years with my mum just to collect a prescription from the dental clinic next door. Every time without fail they manage to take 30+ min just to collect some toothpaste prescribed by my dentist. Not sure how they got awards as half the time the workers are chit chatting away rather than helping customers, making them wait for unnecessary long times. Won’t be coming here again as it’s getting worse each time.
Professional, efficient and courteous staff at this pharmacy been using it for over 20 years and never had a problem. Some of the negative comments below appear to be misdirected at the pharmacy staff and should be sent to others e.g. GP! Highly recommend.
Jigna she is always helpful and have got smiling face and on the phone she talks nicely to patient . I think she is the best in GP surgery Well done promote her
Overpriced for private prescription. No breakdown on product vs “handling fee”. I would not go back.
