21st Sept '23. Appointment for my Covid vaccination as medical history means I'm vulnerable. The clinician was appallingly disorganised making a nonsense of the booking system - she could not remember which number was next between vaccines. Demanded I prove my medical history before giving the vaccine, fortunately I have the GP app so could, what if i did not have this? There was no mention of needing to do so in the booking system. Disorganised, unfriendly, aggressive, go somewhere else if you can, she was clearly overwhelmed in way I've not seen at other vaccination centres.
Sevenoaks Pharmacy are doing such a terrific job of giving local people their vaccines/boosters. There seems to be a shortage of other places in the local area and so of course there are big queues for the drop-in facility. However, booked appointments are dealt with promptly and the drop-in allows everyone eligible to get it if they are prepared to wait, and volunteers ensure the queue is orderly and informed. They are efficient, friendly, and so hard working - they should really be commended for their contributions.
What a fantastic job the guys are doing here with getting us boosted. The only clinic for miles around means queues should be expected...but they are opening earlier to get through the 'walk-ins' queue as best they can before the time of booked appointments. I waited 1 hour, which was less than expected following Boris' announcement!
The staff and volunteers couldn’t possibly do a better job than they are at the moment. Thank you!!! The queue for walk ins took me 3 hours but we had regular updates and everyone was very friendly and really efficient. They need more staff able to vaccinate and the whole area desperately needs more walk in clinics.
Super efficient walk in Covid Vaccination experience. I waited @40 mins. They had a separate queue for appointments but the walk in queue was separate and you need to be prepared to wait. The volunteer staff were lovely, friendly, courteous and on hand to answer any questions, but they were also really helping elderly people who needed it and advising on parking (it is very limited around the entrance so you’d need to park on nearby roads).
The vaccine team were so efficient too. Once in, I gave my NHS number and then almost straight in for the vaccine. They were doing the Pfizer one. Very straight forward and super helpful.

Had my vaccine this morning staff was lovely I was dreading it and was told the pharmacy lady doing it was excellent well they didn’t lie ... I literally didn’t feel it. Still look to see if I can see Mark to see if it was done ha!! lady was excellent friendly and reassuring looking forward to next one now highly recommend ????????
Dropped in here for covid vaccine when I had family health history and was anxious about vaccine choice. The vaccination team and their volunteer assistants were so amazing and did everything they could to help me get what I needed. Really lovely proprietorship and great chat from the volunteer helpers. Congrats Sevenoaks Pharmacy!
Excellent service, no problems quick efficient, very helpful staff and volunteers, very clean and sanitising done after each person been in the vaccination waiting area and room. Big thank you to all the team members and volunteers for the fantastic service. Parking available but limited on Holly Bush Lane.
