Ordered a takeaway, food was good, no complaints just haven't rated 5 star as I have had better.
Never had a problem ordering from Seven up. Food is always hot, cooked well and full of flavour, decent on price as well. Very accommodating if you have any little changes very good with suggestions as well.
Hands down the best Chinese in Plymouth, i refuse to order from any other Chinese takeaway even if it's Tuesday when they are closed, have ordered from here dozens of times and not once had a bad meal or service, highly recommend I guarantee they are better than any other Chinese takeaway in Plymouth!!
One of our local takeaways! One of the better takeaways throughout Plymouth. Priced very reasonably and always return if the partner or I fancy a quick Chinese and a movie after work! ????
The food here is amazing, the staff are really nice and helpful
Worst Chinese ever. chicken was raw and when we phoned up to sort it out we were told its always like this. we could drive back to have it replaced as they had no drivers to come back to ours. Customer service is terrible almost as bad as there food. Please everyone stay away and save your money and possibly your health
Most shocking customer service I have ever received.
They messed up My order and refused to replace it. Apparently no drivers would be going out that way tonight and they were too busy... Even know my order showed up less than half hour after ordering.
Would not give a refund, even though there was no way I'd eat it that way and had just wasted nearly £10 on my half of the meal and was left with just chips. So my partner had to eat his food while I was sat with a container of stuff I didn't even like.
The lady on the phone had a awful attitude.
Offered me the same thing Free next time but why would I order again when my first ever order was so bad? Absolute joke
