Came back 12 years later, and it still is amazing! Super authentic food and great atmosphere. Wish the opening hours were longer cause queues aren’t pretty during regular lunch/dinner times but going off-peak is so worth it! An inflation later its still one of the cheapest korean restaurants of london and its actually delicious.
Quite a bit of a queue, I think we waited close to an hour (arriving around 6pm on a week day) but it's worth the wait. It's a cosy place (don't mind seating on a large table next to strangers). We ordered quite a few dishes to share and had a second round of orders. Everything is delicious and very affordable. Would recommend the korean pancakes, and the rolls (tuna or cheese).
Tiny place with approx 16 places. Korean food, very good price, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Very popular with a young crowd, who love to sign in the walls. They make their own kimchi.
Nice cheap restaurant located off Tottenham Court Road. Makes a great pre-theatre lunch/dinner! We went on a weekday evening and it wasn’t too busy. Seated straight away, ordered beef bulgogi & the seafood pancake and a cup of tea. All came up to £27. The pancake was delicious, the bulgogi was nice too, I’d like to try the spicy bulgogi next time. Friendly service, and interesting interior with the writings on the wall. Deffo recommend this place !
There was a wait before seated but it was well worth it. Super good value for money, exceptional quality of all dishes. The bulgogi gimbap and seafood pancake are perfectly executed! Will definitely be returning for another visit.
Small place but absolutely delightful food, the family running the place is very polite and friendly. Food was great, we had all the traditional dishes and loved it.????????
Extremely tiny spot and that's why people are queuing, and they urge you to finish quickly. But the dishes are simply delicious, a definition of comfort food. All that we ordered was equally tasty. Plus a lot of veg options!
A bit disappointed. I used to stand by this place as the best bulgogi kimbap in London however it seems like the recipe has changed. It no longer taste the same; even the seaweed is different, breaking every time I picked it up
