Food was alright for the price and a decent portion but long wait time considering the food is premade and your basically just waiting for chips with it. Didn't have much left despite it being 2 hours before closing but the cheesecake was lovely
Food turned up 45 minutes late driver said they'd ran out of food had to cook more... wouldn't of minded but everything was cold all slung to the sides of the boxes in a mess and chips were half cooked! Would they feed there family half cooked food or be happy receiving that when they've wasted £30 ??? Never again thanks plus £4 delivery no thanks. Cannot review on hartlepool eats so had to on here
Lovely food with good service from pleasant, helpful staff. There was a mix up with one meal but everything was sorted quickly.
Had full breakfast, lovely with high quality products and huge portion next time will have smaller version !! 2 sausages , 2 eggs , hash browns , Tom's, beans , black pudding , mushrooms, lovely bacon the best I have had in a long time , won't be going back to our usual venue !!! And just £7.50 AMAZING
Terrible experience. Our food came an hour late to then find out the panini had chicken in which my girlfriend doesn’t like. We were then told they would send another one out only to wait 2.5 hours for it to come. We were told many times that it was on the way only for them to then tell us they didn’t have our address. Our what should have been breakfast turned into an early tea! Other than this the food was actually quite nice but service was terrible!
Look at the difference from 3 days apart ours come with a cold plate full of veg and wrap full of cold patoes and cranberry sauce which I think should be served separately was totally different from my hubby's
Really poor experience, after ordering we waited for 20 minutes to be told that what we ordered was unavailable. Then had another wait whilst other tables who came in after us were being served. One lunch arrived but not the other one. When I went to ask where it was I was met with a very aggressive response from the owner. This woman then followed me back into the seating area and continued to tell me quite abrubtly that I could have my money back whilst all other customers could see and hear this. Not a pleasant experience and we won’t be back
We got large and normal breakfast. Amazing!! Poached eggs perfect and the hash browns sausage bacon and rest faultless ????
