I stayed over for one night together with a couple of friends walking the coastal path. Seaview House was a perfect place to lay weary heads (and legs). The village of Sennen is just inland from the coast path, about 10 mins across a field footpath. We had the triple attic room — spotless, comfortable and with all the amenities you would want. Michelle was very welcoming and laid on a superb breakfast. The whole B&B is presented with imagination and great attention to detail. The iconic First and Last Inn is about a minute's stroll along the road and, again, was welcoming and laid on good food and ales. Land's End itself is a few mins the other way, so a great location too. Top marks all round. Highly recommended.

Brilliant place to stay!
My husband and I visited Seaview B&B for our honeymoon this week, and absolutely loved it! We stayed for 5 days in the four-poster room, and found everything to be even better than we had hoped for! The view from the bedroom was lovely, and the huge en-suite shower room was excellent, with full-sized bath sheet towels (not the tiny hotel ones!) and toiletries too! The bed was SO COMFY with nice pouffy pillows, and really useful plug sockets on both sides of the bed for phone charging etc. There was ample clothes storage, including a huge mirrored wardrobe with hangers and drawers, and plenty of space for two people to fully unpack. The whole b&b was gorgeous and spotless, and Michel the owner had thought of so many touches, like teas and coffees in the room topped up each day, and even shutting the windows for us when it was pouring with rain during a storm, and we were out! The breakfast (included) was amazing too, served in a lovely dining area! The full English was beautifully cooked and set us up for a whole day of the exploring and hiking around Lands End and the coastal path, and on other days we had a lighter breakfast of scrambled eggs, which were really fluffy and fresh, all served with a cafetière of coffee or a pot of tea. Finally, the location is superb for both Lands End and Sennen Cove beach (Lands End is a 1 mile easy walk away, and Sennen Cove is about 2 miles away on foot, or a very easy drive). In terms of the local area, we really enjoyed the beach café at Porthgwarra, the Minack Theatre, and the coastal path hike (though make sure you wear the right shoes and bring plenty of water for a hilly climb!). For evening meals, I would recommend making table bookings if you plan to eat out, as some local restaurants don’t accept walk-ins, and it can get busy! The local chippy is pretty good, and there’s a Coscutter shop a short walk from the b&b, which is great for essentials and bits and bobs if you don’t want to drive to the supermarket! Would 100% recommend staying at this b&b and we hope to return in future!
Location is great for visiting the minack theatre/lands end or Isle of scilly. Host was very kind and breakfast in the morning was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and bedroom and bathroom was very clean.
We had a fabulous 4 nights in the spacious 4 poster bedroom with a large ensuite. Everything was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk to enjoy a drink in the bedroom.
The breakfast was always cooked fresh and was delicious and set us up for the day.
Michel went above and beyond with her kindness, thoughtfulness and help to ensure you were ok and looked after us superbly. Everything was great and we would highly recommend Michel and her lovely B&B.
We stayed for one night and would have loved to have stayed longer!! We had the four poster bed room and we were so impressed by how clean it was and loved the views we woke up to. Beautiful location and our hosts Michel and Colin were lovely, welcoming and so helpful and made a recommendation for dinner and even booked a table for us, which we really enjoyed. They really went above and beyond for us. Then the full English in morning was incredible as was the fruit cocktail! It really set us up for our day!!
A very friendly family run business. The rooms are sizeable and very clean with super views. The full English breakfast is to die for and Michel is an excellent hostess.
This was a fabulous place to rest, relax, and luxuriate in Land's End! I was impressed with the attention to every detail of comfort provided by the owners, including snacks, specialty hand lotions, soft towels, and an array of books, movies, and entertainment at our fingertips. All these amenities we're just the beginning. The bed was top quality and comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. In the morning, we were served the most amazing breakfast imaginable! A full English breakfast, along with several choices of homemade granolas, breads, and teas. I highly recommend this memorable B&B as the first choice in accommodations.
