Been here multiple times, I drive from Glasgow for this Garage, great price, friendly staff and always get a smile from Alan, most garages forget about customer service, but not this place.
First time using and definitely will be the last. Car was in garage for over 8hrs owner was rude and impatient with his tone from the minute i arrived in his garage. Got new brake discs and pads fitted & new tyre. When we drove the car the next day the vibrations were so bad it felt like the wheel was coming off.
So phoned first thing, explained what happened the person I spoke to was nice no issue and I suggested wheels needed balancing, however when I explained I’d need to wait with car as I couldn’t wait all day again I was told the owner would need to calls back to discuss… needless to say he hasn’t bothered. Took car to another garage who said wheel was buckled.
No mention of this on Friday ???
Would add Ross and a female member of staff couldn’t have been nicer. Pity their customer service skills are not replicated by their boss.
Had new clutch fitted to the car. Fast prompt service. Will be using Seath Weir in future for any other repairs or servicing that is needed.
The service from these guys is second to none. Put my car in this morning for some fairly major work, received back this afternoon and driving better than ever.

Friendly and attentive staff. I was able to have my vehicle examined and M.O.T''d at short notice following a error in communication with another garage premises. The work was undertaken professionally and well within schedule.

Took my car in for an MOT and full service including new brake pads - car was handed back to me running and as soon as I turned it off and on 4 dash warning lights were showing that weren't when it went in. Damaged abs sensor. On the 5th attempt to get this fixed I got my car back after two days with just the diagnosis - told they would call back the next day with a price, this didn't happen. A week and a half later iv called twice more for a price and nobody called back as promised. Took to another garage today as has been giving off a screeching noise since I got it back from being diagnosed and on the wheel in question there's no brake pad at all it's metal to metal and the calipers now seized, which wasn't an issue or mentioned when it was in most recently. The brake pad taken off is also rusty and "worst they have seen 10 years", so it's hard to believe that it's only a few months old.
