Quick friendly service, very tasty food and big portions. My pregnant partner was craving fish and chips and she was not disappointed. Second visit in a month as was so good the first time and somehow managed to be even better. Will be returning.
Really disappointed recently with the food from sea master fish and chips. For the first time we decided to sit in and eat fish and chips. When we got them, the food was on small plates and when trying to eat, the chips were falling off the plate on to the table. You pay more to eat in and it looks like you get less food than if you take out but it’s hard to keep the food you do have on the plate. Also on Saturday I decided to have a large portion of chips to share but I would say it was a large portion of chips that was also disappointing as the food from here used to be really good and I used to go here a lot but I don’t know now.
The fish was like a biscuit. Very underwhelming for a large cod. Service was quick but I would have waited longer for a better product.
This is usually one of the best chip shops in Reading but today's food was so poor, chips were very dry and awful. The sausage was terrible, must of been left in for ages in the heat protector.
Fish was good as usual amd fish cake decent but the chips ruined it I'm afraid sadly.
Wow!! I had the med cod and med chips. Both picture are 1 medium portion of chips. We also go a large and have way too many. But my boyfriend says they are really good!! Being American I’m all about the fish. It was so light and flaky and was the best tasting I’ve had yet!! Highly recommend!!
Just had cod & chips wow moist fish with crispy batter and big fat well cooked chips , served by a polite young lady Amazing can not wait to go back 10/10

Bought some food .a guy came in after me ordered only a takeaway chips . whilst waiting for 15 mins the young girl handed over my order and he grabbed and legged it .I then asked the girl what the order was she then realized she gave him my order .there wasn't much of an apology.then I asked for salt and vinegar.but only a small drizzle of vinegar she gave me .terrible service.
