It's absolutely brilliant. They are the best Vets I have ever been to. They are so caring and gentle with your pets and look after them really well. I would not use any other vets. I wish they also did kennels because it would give me a lot of confidence
The vet was really good with my 9 week old cocker spaniel. She put him at ease and gave him some treats as she injected his vaccinations. The receptionists were lovely too. A nice experience ☺️
I travel over from Stoke, they are That good with my horses! Love this place!! Please open another practice a bit closer ????????@ScarsdaleVets
Only had one appointment so far, and it's not the closest vet to where I've moved to, but at least they were willing to give me an appointment before I went on holiday. Vet was smashing.
Lovely and clean premises, staff are lovely too.

Sadly, we didn't have the most pleasant of experiences with our puppy who needed his second vaccination.
Firstly, we arrived promptly at 5:15pm for a 5:20pm appointment only to be called in at 5:35pm. It was not busy at all and there was no one waiting.
Then, once we began the consultation, the vet was very keen on pushing the VIP plan, insurance and the grooming room. It very much felt like a sales pitch. She did ask about our puppy and how he was getting on, but she didn't recognise the flea treatment he had been given and had to google it, which didn't inspire confidence. We also informed the vet of our puppy's sensitive tummy (not unusual for the breed) and how he has finally settled on a food that suits him.
She then proceeded to give him a dozen or so treats, without asking us, to distract him from his vaccination. He gobbled them up, only to vomit them back up undigested within an hour of getting home. Then he crashed out sleeping from 7:00pm to 6:00am. This needn't have happened, and felt the vet should have taken more care, and at the very least asked us before feeding treats, and quite so many.
This was stressful for us as we were worried he had a reaction to the vaccine so called the vet back to ask what the treats were. They couldn't tell us what these treats were, which we felt was unacceptable.
Thankfully our puppy has now had his vaccinations and we are looking forward to taking him for a walk. But sadly, we will not be returning to Scarsdale vets.
I have been with Scarsdale for many years as I believe them the be the best vet in the area and I want good quality treatment for my pets, despite living quite some way from Park Farm and even further from Pride Park.
However, the customer service that I have experienced, now on a number of occasions, is falling short of the mark. There need to be better systems in place for the ordering and collection of repeat prescriptions and ensuring supportive customer service needs to be made a priority, especially at Park Farm. There is so much wonderful work going on at this practice, it seems a shame for issues that can be so easily remedied to spoil this.
Great. I use the mickleover branch and the staff are all lovely. Tilly loves it
