Simon Langford helped sell my Auntie and Uncle's house and then helped my wife and I purchase a house. He's brilliant. I used Sayers on the recommendation of two people who recommended him on Nextdoor. We were buying and selling property.
We messed around a bit as we changed plans part way through the process and decided to buy a different property from the one we were originally buying.
Mr Langford was always polite and understanding and kept us up to date with everything. He was prompt in his responses and in getting the searches and other paperwork done. He did have to deal with the freeholder on our old property who have a reputation for being slow and bureaucratic so credit to him for him for getting things done so efficiently.
Our buyer's solicitor was not so understanding and was continually on our backs. Mr Langford was able to deal with them and fend them off until we were ready to complete our purchase.
I found his fees to be surprisingly reasonable too.
I am happy to recommend.

Rude, aggressive, impolite, unprofessional.That’s just the main partner Mr Langford. Now can you image how the rest of the staff will operate under such terrible leadership. Seems to be egotistical and lack basic manners. If you don’t like your job Simon, change it. Don’t take it out on potential clients, current clients, or any other people you come in contact with.
Absolute pleasure working Simon, he was very straight forward professional and very attentive, got things done quickly and swiftly.
