Since willowhealth has taken over looks like it's all about profit. They making patients suffer. Your on the telephone fr over a hour the receptionist decide if your condition is worth seeing the doctor they are not medically trained for this.there is nothing here as patient doctor confidentiality.
Been here for over 20 years it's gone really really disgusting in here. Doctors are good if these people let u see them!
I have been with this surgery since I was a child. The doctors are always very helpful and accommodating, esp Dr Sidiki and Dr Hussain who I have been seeing for years. I would also like the mention Tracey who has been very lovely and gentle with my daughter during her first set of vaccinations. Also Hannah, the midwife was amazing during my pregnancy. I have always been given an appointment when I ring at 8am. Yes it’s a little annoying waiting in queue; hence the 4 stars but it gets the job done mostly always. I have no complaints about this place.
I have been with this surgery over 10 years and I have always had a appointment given when I have rang. The staff have always been friendly and Dr Hussain is the best doctor....she has always been supportive and helpful.

This is due to the fact the staff are very obtrusive and not helpful at all
This surgery is terrible, I called on Monday 6th November 2023 and was on the phone for one hour and eighteen minutes and still No answer, it’s disgusting that you can’t even get through to a surgery, I was ringing on behalf of my vulnerable mother.
This needs to be investigated
not an easy surgery to get through to. I have been on the telephone now for a query and have waited 51 minutes and am caller number 20 in the queue. Now 53 minutes and am caller number 18 in the queue. I have now given up. Ridiculous.
This is a rip off I went today and I have a diabetes form that has Two pages and I asked them if they could fill it up they said yes but they also said we are charging TWO HUNDRED POUNDS! So I went to other surgery’s and they said fifty pounds or sixty pounds, now think about it is it a rip off or not? even the Leicester city council was shocked
Deserves not even a rating
I have been with the surgery over 9 years. They always have an appointment available for me and my family. The Doctor are very efficient and have good understanding with any of the medical needs we have had. I am given an appointment on the day when I call at 8am. I understand its in a que a few times but even waiting at number 12th in que they have answered their calls and met the needs.
