Took our dog to stay here. We hadn't used any kennels before. Communication was excellent. Our dog was very happy when we picked her up and she looked like she had enjoyed her stay. Will definitely use again.
We drove 3 and a half hours to bring our pocket bully here from Southampton. I wanted someone I could trust with knowledge of bully breeds. Dawn has been amazing and my dog has been very well looked after the last 2 weeks and I've received regular updates and pictures/videos. I wish the kennels were closer to me, but well worth the drive for 2 weeks peace of mind. Highly recommended x
Have been using the kennel’s from 2021 my two dogs have been very happy with them, I lost one dog and when he went on his own they were excellent in helping him cope to being on his own.
We have been bringing our dog here for years now and she loves it. We drive 45 min to come here. Very hard to kind a kennel you can trust with your dog. Would recommend
Had to put my dog in for just one night, but never again. Not impressed, wanted to put my dog in a kennel facing a scruffy hedge, i asked to have her in in a kennel over the other side so at least she could look over the grassy area. The kennels were in need of some attention, they were more smelly than i would expect considering there was only one other dog at the time. When i fetched her the following morning she couldnt get in my car quick enough and the staff really did not seem bothered, thats after you can find someone in the dark, dingy, smelly office.
Really friendly and flexible staff. Can always rely on Dawn and Wendy and the dogs love them to bits.
The staff took great care of our two lurchers, one of whom is 14yrs old and quite wobbly on his back legs especially on tiled surfaces so they put down non slip mats to keep him safe. The other had also had a broken dew claw removed the day before we dropped them off and they kept a close eye on her to make sure it didnt get infected. Use them regularly and highly recommended.
We arrived with our lurcher in the morning there was nobody around. Saw a sign saying reception this way to a storage room all lights off. Walked to the house where we was abruptly greeted by the owner and told not to enter through the gate ( we was proceeding to knock on the door to the side of gate) my husband said we was not going to go through the gate as it had a no entry sign to which the owner said there's a sign for reception, when we said there was no reception sign he stormed up to the sign and pointed to it. We did say it said this way and no actual reception was noted. the owner was very rude and unapologetic would NOT trust him to care for my dog with the poor attitude we encountered.
