TRUST is the critical factor in choosing a garage to maintain my vehicles (which they have from 5 years old) and this is something I have never had reason to question. Like most people I don’t know what I am doing beyond the most basic maintenance, so to be able to trust I am being charged a fair price and only for works required is critical.
No they are not necessarily the cheapest, no they don’t have a luxurious showroom or waiting area and yes communication can be frustrating. But, they are a small family run business where repeat business matters, word of mouth has a huge impact and they are not a huge faceless franchise who you never get accountability from should you ever need to complain.
I trust them to honestly repair my vehicles at a fair price or tell me who can.
I’ve been using Sarsons since I learned how to drive, and the experience is almost always perfect.

My family all have their MOTs and any repairs done here and always have. Won’t go anywhere else, the staff are honest, if you don’t need a repair immediately they will tell you instead of trying to get you to pay up. They are reliable and will always get you sorted as soon as they can, even in short notice. Always a pleasure!
Having now visited Sarsons garage twice, I can honestly say I have been blown away but the efficient and professional service received. The staff went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to return to them in future if my car required any further work. I can’t say thank you enough - very happy and grateful customer!
