Haven’t used this since it’s previous owners moved on. It stays open a little later than most chip shops locally, can be up to 2130 in the weeks and 2200 at weekends…
Food was well cooked, fresh, dry and not at all greasy.
Really friendly, very clean and certainly worth a trip.

Wow really nice Fish & Chips. Fish (lrg cod) and crispy chips. Not all mushed together by the time you get home. I would like to try their pineapple fritters, but at £3.50 each, that’s a joke (sorry, but not paying that!) So you need to bring the price down on them. But ???????? for what we did have. Was very busy as it was Friday evening. Many thanks to the fryer ????????????
Well what a delight. Actually found crispy chips from a chip shop and the lightest fish batter i think ive ever had. Goodness knows what they oil they use but it appears to be perfect. Keep up the great cooking guys and gals. Oh and by the way, the place was packed with people. Only a good sign.

Fantastic as always, the best fish n chip shop around. Always busy which is a good sign, the girls are always friendly & polite and no one ever seems to have to wait that long for their order. The premises are clean. The batter on the cod etc is perfect, fresh with a little crunch & not over cooked. Perfect chips every time as well. Spot on! Highly recommend.
Been trying a few fish & chip shops in the local area as we've moved here recently. So far these guys are the best we've visited. Friendly, good service & decent food.
First visit under this ownership and certainly hasn't disappointed. Beautifully cooked fish with proper thin crispy batter exactly as it should be. OAP portion(pictured) excellent value for money
