I phoned you for a price for front arms and bushes, you said you would call me back on the Monday but still no response. Not a problem though as I had the work done elsewhere.
Well after not visiting for 3 years for no other reason than cheaper fuel elsewhere, I have just returned to receive an absolute tirade of abuse from Keeley because of the above review that I left. Nowhere in my orginal review was I abusive or left any negative comments other than I didn't receive a call back as stated. I have never had any issue with the garage or staff until today. If this is how you treat public who use your service then you should be highly ashamed, thinking its ok to try and be little paying customers in front of others. Then in having great pleasure in saying "but don't worry I will still take your money". What once was a lovely family run business is now ruined by the vile woman who serves on the forecourt.
I strongly advise others not to use if the lady is serving, if you can't take criticism perhaps you shouldn't be there. I truly feel sorry for those who have worked so hard to build this business up only to have it ruined by someone who clearly has no people skills whatsoever. Such a shame

The lady on reception couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They fitted me in quickly and did the work in a very fast time. I recommend highly.
Stopped to fill up with fuel and once arrived my wife realised she had left her card at home, so she used the only cash in her purse being £20. Once the fuel had gone into the car the fuel gauge did not move neither did the milage tank reader. We went back to ask if the pump was working correctly and hot told "it's not my fault you can only afford to fill up 10ltrs' and laughed at. The young lad who is the son of the owners was the most rudest person I have ever came across in my 40yrs of living. He clearly has no manors or respect for the customer as he has been fed a silver spoon all his life by mummy and daddy. My advice to him would be step out into the real world and earn your money and then maybe you may respect the value and also respect people much more. Who is he to judge what people can afford and what they can't. Obviously it's not a problem to him as mummy and daddy line his pocket and he clearly has no real life experiences. I hate people who have no clue and think they are a cut above everyone else which gives them the right to judge others.
DO NOT USE THE GARAGE! IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY JUDGED ON WHAT YOU ARE WORTH AND CAN AFFORD!
STAY CLEAR PLEASE!
Said they couldn't fit a tyre my elderly mum bought, only their own. If you fit tyres, fit any tyres surely.
