This has to be the hardest working pharmacy in Northampton! They serve 16 GP’s! Ie a high volume and that means communication with GP can be suspect but they always come through. My pharmacy for last 20 years.Exemplary staff especially Sara and pharmacist Ahmed.My wife needs a lot of meds which are subject to change and Sage scores highly and is trustworthy. I do hope they get valued by their employers….
Had a face to face consultation with Dipesh Odedra was really quick and had great communication and was very helpful. Quickly gave me my prescription and helped massively.
Horrible set of people they can lie as well becareful with them not to be trusted at all ask for the medication not to mixed up and they still done it then want to lie and said we did not tell them anything....
This pharmacy is great! The staff are so helpful and polite. Service is super efficient. Well done Sage for turning Lloyds around.
I visited this pharmacy on 18 August 2023 to collect a prescribed medicine only to be told its not available and its out of stock everywhere. I was advised to go back to the issuing GP and ask for alternative.
I telephoned another pharmacy and made enquiry. This same medicine was available. Very disappointed to have been give misleading information. Staff should consider further training.
Bit of a shambles. Had to convince the person behind the counter that they did have my prescription as she thought they didn't or didn't know how to look it up. She eventually found it. Phone line was completely unavailable all day so no way to call ahead. Long queues. Shame it's not a bit more organised as the people were all nice and helpful.
Fantastic service. Ladies are always helpful and patient when we call and as for Terry the delivery man he is an angel he goes out of his way to help. Thanks everyone ????
I felt so sorry for the one assistant on duty because there was a massive queue and no one was helping her at all which meant that most of us were waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes for our prescriptions.
This may be due to staff shortages due to Covid so it isn’t a criticism but it would be fair to your staff if some of the people who were stocking shelves or something like that could help her
