Personally, I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. I've always found them to be polite, courteous and helpful even when they are exceptionally busy! Sometimes, when standing and waiting to be served, I can't help but wince at the way some of the customers speak to the staff and then complain about the level of service! The staff are normal people who deserve as much respect as you would expect to be bestowed upon yourself. Treat people how you expect to be treated, and oh, by the way, the pharmacist's and staff do not have a magic wand to make all your aliments go away, sometimes it requires a little input from yourself!
Being eligible for the Spring Covid jab I chose this nearby establishment. Having never visited I arrived slightly early. It was clean, well stocked with friendly helpful staff. It is a busy place. The rear had a partioned vacination set up with staff to put you at your ease. Happy to visit again should I need to.
The staff were very rude and ignorant today! When i was seen to I was told that my mum's prescription wasn't on the system when my mum had ordered them from her doctor first thing this morning, I asked him to check again he finally had found it, he then told me to sit and wait, my mum was in alot of pain so she really didn't want to come up as to why i went in (her daughter), I sat and waited for around 20 mins my mum was getting inpatient as she really needed her medication so she decided started to walk down to the chemist to me, while was sitting there waiting for them my mum walked up from her home which was like a 10 minute walk while being in agony. Unfortunately my mum had to come and get them considering she was in alot of pain when the medication should of been ready which was advised from her doctor from 1pm today, i came up at 5pm. Anyway when my mum had come to ask the man went straight away to fetch the medication from the shelf! What a complete ball ache of a day! When my mum has just came out of hospital. Shocking. I sense it was all for a lack of control. I won't be going in again! i never give bad reviews but it was terrible in there!
Just have good words for the whole team, cant fault you. The lead pharmascit is awesome! always goes out of his way to make sure that we have the medicines we need and that we get value for money. You've restored my confidence in the system. Proud that you are part of our community for you always listen and show care in delivery of your duties. Rock on!
It's a typical busy high street pharmacy. There's a car park at the rear with a wheel chair accessible entrance, more parking spaces across the road in the co-op car park. All usual services provided.
Very helpful and friendly staff, with a good variety of decent priced household and medicinal goods
If I could rate zero stars I would the staff are rude, unprofessional and snarky in general. Would never recommend and will never be going back.
I will be changing my pharmacy for my prescriptions. Rude, rude, rude horrible pharmacist. Spoke to me like an idiot. If you don't like your job then find a different career. This man has no skills on how to speak to people and has a terrible attitude. Not at all professional.
