Fantastic experience! We visited as a group of 4 for a friend’s birthday and had a wonderful evening. Service was excellent from start to finish and staff went above and beyond to make her feel special on her birthday! We had a selection of starters to share which were all delicious and then we all had different types of kebabs which were all beautifully presented, large portions and also delicious. Looking forward to returning and have recommended to our friends.

My sister and I originally planned to go into the restaurant next door but they couldn’t take us. Safar had room for two, luckily for us because the food was fantastic and the waitstaff were outstanding. All were warm and friendly. I get like I left with new friends. Unfortunately, I live in the United States so it may be a bit before we can return.

We recommend Safar Bistro Grill for Sunday Roast and grilled chicken in Greek style.Also all from menu is delicious and atmosphere,service is excellent too.❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed my meal Lamb Beyti (one of the best of these I've had) the rest of the family said their food was OK. The worst part was the service as even though we were the only table we had to wait a long time to be served and the drinks took ages. The waiter apologised and said he was the only one on and he usually worked the kitchen. I can understand this but if another party had arrived I dread to think how long things would have taken. Pity as I so wanted to like this place as I love this type of food.
2nd time of visiting and only negative I have is the main course I had this time, last times (a greek chicken kebab) was delicious. This time I had Lasagne which wasn't great - very little mince just layer upon layer of glupy pasta and then the whole dish smothered in a spicy tomato sauce (see pic) which was tasty, but way too much. It hasn't put me off visiting again because the staff and atmosphere are great - but I'll steer clear of the lasagne in future
We had a fantastic time at Safar. We were a large group of friends celebrating a birthday and a retirement party. We all enjoyed our food, it was fabulous. We were catered for tremendously. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be going back, and we highly recommend Safar. First class
