Briliant team! Very effective and knowledgeable! I mainly dealt with Stuart who is a very honest person and sorted my car out in a blink of a second! It’s very hard to find a good mechanic nowadays but I would always go back to S&K due to the service I have received.
Stuart and his crew are a breath of fresh air. Customer service is top notch. More importantly they know their job and they are fast in getting you back on the road. They care about your car more than you the owner do. Prices are affordable and unbeatable. I will highly recommend this garage to everyone.

Being new to the area I was not sure where to take my car until I heard about this garage from a family member. I was so worried about pricing as the job consisted of having the engine replaced however they were extremely reasonable and got it done promptly. This will now always be my go to garage. I am extremely thankful for the work you have carried out and I am one very happy customer!

Keep away unless you want shoddy incomplete work with a seriously bad attitude. Will not rectify problems he has caused, had to pay another garage to do that who said he had messed up the electrics so badly we will need to go to an auto electrician. Does not respond to any phone calls, texts or messages of any type. Spent over £2000 with this company then more to try to fix it elsewhere. Before we had a car that moved now we have an ornament sitting on our drive. Also refuses to allow us our parts back after admitting he hadn’t replaced certain things off the engine so we need them to replace them ourselves. Congratulations on conning a young person out of all of their money and leaving him with no vehicle to get to work. He has always worked and saved hard for the things he has and this company has treated him like he is worthless.
This is a genuine review and not just some hate campaign. We have all paperwork from both garages, receipts saved messages and logs of all phone calls that have been ignored. A third garage advised us to go to trading standards. Stay away is the best advice I can give.
I've known Stuart for 32 years, he'd work on my Dad's car when I was 9.
I've NEVER known him to be unable to fix something. He prides himself on never failing. I think he enjoys it when someone says ''I doubt you can sort this!'', almost like he sees this as a challenge being set, a challenge he'll SMASH!!
Stuart has earned a reputation in this area as being a 'legend' with cars, a very justified reputation.
My car is my pride and joy, apart from the occasional job which necessitates an official Porsche mechanic stamp the paperwork, Stuart is the only mechanic I'll trust with my car ????????
I had Stuart come around to my house to try to fix my scooter. It’s not a run-of-the-mill marque so all wasn’t so straightforward from the start. Nevertheless Stuart persevered and eventually got it up and running again. The amount he charged me was insignificant compared to the amount of time he dedicated to this job, but he wasn’t prepared to give up until he’d fixed it. Highly recommend!
Got Stu to do some major welding work on My Civic VTIs was updated about the job and the price was reasonable and top notch work and service. Done next day after calling. Would 100% reccomend and use again.
