Best KPortal Reviews
I’m sorry that some people haven’t enjoyed their experience here, but I can honestly say that every time I pop in here, the staff are lovely.
They’re friendly, helpful and caring.
I just want people to know there are positive interactions, especially if you smile, make eye contact and say hello when you go to the counter.
Please avoid this pharmacy!
This morning I called with a huge list of medicine to check if everything is available. As I work a lot, I kindly asked the pharmacist to make all the medicine ready that I will pick it up at 13:30. I went there exactly at that time and nothing was ready. They made me to wait 25 minutes, asking loudly for the patients' details disclosing names and D.O.Bs only for me to find out that many items were missing. The swab that my doctor prescribed, they gave me as a one package stating that the package includes 5 pieces.
To correct you Chauhan pharmacists, one swab is 5 plys which means I needed 5 packages of swabs. They have made their own decision to give me one package even though the doctor's prescription was stating 5 swabs.
Thanks to these pharmacists, my elderly mother, myself and my son who is after the surgery has been left today with open cavity as I do not have any of the dressig to apply. Disgrace not a pharmacy!!!
Deceitful people scamming unwell people, do not use them. I picked up a prescription here which should be free under the NHS and I have had for 10 years. They said the NHS now charged for this, and they charged me £12.50 for picking it up. I told them that this was a free prescription which it is, but the man got very angry at me; I had no money with me so I left and called my GP and they said that was not correct but it would take a few days to change the pharmacist I selected. I desperately needed the prescription because I had ran out, so I went back later that day to buy it and the man was again extremely rude and angry again and scolded me / shouted at me in front of the whole shop until I was practically in tears for no reason (after I was the one that had been scammed). First and last time I will ever use that pharmacy - I immediately after changed my pharmacy to Boots, where I of course have never since been wrongly forced to pay for this prescription, as I never have previously. Lying / deceiving unwell people under the guise of healthcare workers is totally unacceptable. Horrible people
Perfectly fine if you're picking up a regular prescription. Have been using this pharmacy for 3 years and have no real issues that I'd not have experienced anywhere else too (talked a bit too loudly about a prescription once two years ago and was out of an antiseptic throat spray during a time where a LOT of people had sore throats). Staff are pleasant and haven't had them be rude to me once despite going 20+ times overall. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes sure, but it's central London...you do everywhere...
I’m so puzzled by the negative reviews here. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used to the point that when my child was a baby and i was very I’ll, the pharmacist actually delivered my medicine to me by hand across the road. They are professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and always ask how my children are. They get to know their customers personally and I continued to use the pharmacy even when I left the area. Such lovely people.
I find this a nice pharmacy, super helpful people and always happy for a chat as a regular. The stroppy people leaving bad reviews need to get over themselves, this is a small family business. Treat them with kindness and support a local business.
I've been to this pharmacy a lot of times cause of the location convenience. But I decided to change my pharmacy because the staff are so rude and they loudly disclose your medication and name to people. My GP suggested I go to my pharmacist to get consultation for an alternative medication but knowing this pharmacy, I felt too stressed to go and talk to them because I know they can be rude & make you feel like you're bothering them by asking to do their job. Realising this, I've decided it's better to change pharmacies even though the closest one around is another 15 min walk.
The worst pharmacy! They have so much attitude, impolite and the pharmacist is the worst out of all them. They won’t release your prescription when you ask them to. When you ask for a managers details to make a complaint. They won’t even give you those details or the name of the pharmacist! I would highly avoid this ridiculous pharmacy
