Really good service.. Excellent communication. I have had the chance to take their help two occasions for Immigration purpose. Trying to sort out my spouses visa was made so much easier by Bilal. He got the paperwork ready very quickly and made sure that I had all the documents all ready so there were no delays. Me and my spouse were very pleased with the help that we were given by Bilal and are so grateful he took on our case and got it passed.
I used this firm for a conveyancing matter, and upon initial instruction, she promptly agreed to take on my case immediately.
However, this was the only immediate communication I had for a purchase of a property that ended up spanning 10 months to complete!
A huge factor of the timeframe, in my opinion, was delays caused by the woman named Shanaz and her equally rude receptionist.
I wasted my time and money here as I should have instructed a solicitor who would have responded to calls/emails promptly rather than ignore them.
The poor communication was coupled with an extremely poor attitude.
They did not answer the phone and would only reply via email. Even then, on one occasion, it took over a week to reply to a simple message.
Then, when you did get them on the phone after constant chasing, she was very unprofessional as she didn't let you get a word in at all and would talk over you.
The receptionist was a carbon copy, in my opinion.
My complaint is from well over 12 months now as i waited in the hope that I would have received an apology but nothing.
To add insult to injury, when i complained about her services directly to her in the end, she had the cheek to charge me extra for the delays caused that had nothing to do with me. I know this as I was specifically told the delays were caused by the other side.
This extra charge was due to, in my humble opinion, because of my initial complaint. I then annoyingly had no option but to pay to finalise the completion and not to partake in any further delays.
The service I received was ridiculous and unprofessional. I honestly wouldn’t recommend her to anyone ever.
Avoid at all costs. Save your money and your hair and go elsewhere!
EDIT: The owner has said they view my review as malicious and untrue and have threatened to take further action, so I have amended this to show and reflect that this is the whole truth as I have proof for everything mentioned above.
Please note there are several other negative reviews also, so this is not an unprecedented opinion.
This is purely my reflection of the lack of services I received.
I visited S.A Younis Solicitors for a spouse visa extension and my case was dealt by Bilal. Bilal is very knowledgeable around immigration and my wife received her extension within 4 weeks of submitting the application. All thanks to Bilal.
Bilal assisted with a multiple visit visa application I made for family members in pakistan. I was given very sound professional advice and my family members were successful in obtaining a 10 year multiple visit visa for the UK. I highly recommend this firm, and cannot praise Bilal enough for his effort and support. Keep up the great work.
