Not sure where to start but the insurance company suggested this garage. They kept the car for over 6 months and then returned the car with all these pen marks over it, cobwebs and splashed paint marks. When I asked why they returned the car like this they said they’ll clean it but won’t remove the pain marks denying they has anything to do it it. I wouldn’t recommend this garage at all.
Excellent customer service very friendly staff , the man who collected the car was also very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date the whole way through and the car looks new again!

The girls are really helpful and very informative about your car. They guy who picked mine up was a lovely fella who made me feel at ease with it being taken. Information sheet given, your kept updated by txt and the duration of the repair. Can't say much for direct Line Motability bit slow and uninformative but this company is great.
I was very happy with how easy it was to book in and visit for the estimation, required no effort at all. Estimator talked through the repair and process.
I dropped my car off and the reception team were extremely helpful in letting my hire car be dropped off ahead of time & they kept hold of the keys for me. This saved me a lot of time.
I was kept up to date by the garage via email & phone and they even flagged a small oil leak from my engine sump while the mechanic was doing some checks. Thank you for this.
I came to pick up my car, having been able to pick the collection day, and I was very impressed with the quality of the alloy wheel refurb and the new body panel. The garage also made the effort of ensuring that the new tyre was a direct replacement of the one I already had (a premium tyre). I can’t tell the difference between how my car was before the damage and how it is now.
I am very grateful to the garage for making this all run so smoothly and letting me pick up and drop off the hire car with them to make my life easier. Whenever I visited the garage there was a place for me to park and staff on hand to help me quickly.
Rye street was best experience with car repair I’ve had so far nice people nice service and when they give the car back after the repair it was like new again very impressed with it

I have to say the experience I had with Rye Street Broxbourne was exceptional from start to finish. The Ladies in reception made booking my car in so easy. They picked up my Car on time and then the repair itself was fantastic and I even had an earlier return of my car. Great communication also during the process.
Superb service from a really great company which cannot be faulted.
