Doctor/Dentist is great!! Receptionist, old lady is not very nice.
Not sure if they allowed to do this but they charged me money dispute me having a Maternity exemption. Also they are strict with lateness and missing appointments and charge for this. Which is okay as they don’t want to waste time, however I had called few times and even had records of call history no one ever answered was still charged but :
all This changed my mind after I met the Dentist! Amazing Doctor he was great, felt like he genuinely cared and was very friendly so I didn’t mind spending on cleaning/check up
Which was £100 plus £20 late fee.
Also very very clean. I still do feel like I was overcharged as I had an emergency dentist visit a day or 2 days before.
Very good service. Staff polite and helpful, returned my call within ten minutes and did their best to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Got an itemised invoice for my insurance emailed to me within 24 hours. I will be using them again when required.
Awful service from the Dentists and Receptionist. A temporary filling was put in my tooth after it had cracked and I was supposed to be referred to get the tooth taken out. The dentist refused to listen to my reasons why I couldn’t be sedated at the most local dentist. The dentist told me “Now I’m older it shouldn’t be a problem” when my age was nothing to do with the situation. After a year of waiting to be referred I then called to find out what was going on. The receptionist tried to con £20 “missed appointment fee” out of me. When I told her I won’t be paying as I haven’t missed any appointments she proceeded to tell me I am no longer a patient at this dentist and I must find somewhere else to go. Me and my family have all been to this dentist our whole lives now none of us will be returning. Disgusting service and very rude people. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I'm writing this review due to the many bad reviews I read prior to attending this dentist. I have attended here before so I knew I was in safe hands.
I was let in and seen immediately, no waiting around.
The dentist was really friendly, he told me that I needed a filling and we wanted to make sure I try save the tooth before getting a root canal.
Therefore I knew he wasn't trying to get money out of me!
Extremely friendly and I felt comfortable and safe. No pain at all!
Really good advice and would absolutely attend again!

The receptionist is so rude, has no empathy and I feel really not a self aware person. This dentist is just getting worst and worst which now i will be finding a new dentist.
Especially as I am pregnant and booked in 3 months in advance because they where busy. If they are unable to accommodate nhs patients then they need to stop or manage their database.
Or get more dentist if they are that busy.
I will not recommend - just an awful service.
Been trying to phone and change appointment since last Thursday…nobody picking up phone. Phoned at different times of day.
Really disappointed as the service was very poor. When I raised a complaint they denied what had occurred which is a big red flag. Would not recommend. They lied to the ombudsman and said they haven’t served NHS patients in years. Beware.
Unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Went to this practice 6+ months ago for wisdom pain, the dentist told me that day I had been referred to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed. Fast forward 7 months and I ring up to find out about my referral only to find out I’ve been waiting all this time and I wasn’t actually referred. When you ring the dental surgery they give you attitude and abruptness and don’t let you talk. They then blame it on you for not being referred. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to remain open.
