I tried to place a collection order. I live only an 8 minute walk away. My first time calling this fish and chip shop as I only just moved to the area. The guy on the phone was very rude would not accept my order because he said people have ordered in the past and not collected and he hung up on me. Very rude. I am an honest customer. Not my fault other people have been disrespectful. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. I will not be using them ever. Do not go there.
Won't be ordering from this take away again. Paid £5 for cheese & chips, this was only half full,
Food was stone cold as if it's been left on the counter for over an hour.
I get that delivery is not down to the chip shop, but quantity and quality is!

Absolutely disgusting! size of kebab was miniscule and food was cold and cover in thick orange grease.
Drink was missing for order and when I called was told it’s tough that’s the size we give and no drink will be replaced. Then hung up on me. Shocking service, luckily Uber have refunded me but will never be using again! Stay away from this place
worst chips I've ever seen if I had time when I bought them I would have refused them they were warm ups and it looks like the oil needed changing . bad food £3 for a bag of chips that fed the gulls .shame on you nobody deserves food this poor
This is a really good chip shop that always provides good service and quality food. The chips are always fresh and they do very nice kebabs as well.
Absolutely vile don't waste your money!
The fish was full of bones, had all its scales and was clearly refried as it was dry and rubbery.
For fish, chips, mushy peas, chicken kebab wrap and chips was £15!!
This was the worst food I have ever ordered. The chicken kebab was like mush. The chips was like mush as well. The lamb kebab was hard and the food was like last nights left over food. This is worst experience I had of food. Never ordering again from here.
