Update went in today for a big breakfast and happy to report that it's as good as ever
Love this wee cafe been popping in here for years any time visit the baras. Always great food, decent prices and good service.
Never had anything other than a breakfast but the menu looks more extensive than the last I visited and looks like now do pizza etc.
We had a rare dry sunny morning in Glasgow so the table outside was ideal for us. It was busy inside being 10am on a Sunday with baras open we expected that. Full fry up with toast and tea for 6.99 can't beat that. on street parking.
I stumbled upon this wonderful cafe for breakfast and what a delightful find it was! The breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the place. Being a local spot, it's clear that they take pride in serving their community, and it truly shows in both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. I couldn't recommend this lovely cafe more for anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming environment.

Nice friendly staff, three girls front of house all busy, no seats available only had to wait 10 mins for a table. Quick service, food was out in jig time

My son and I ordered toasties which came with salad chips and coleslaw also a soup and a coffee and the bill was about £18.
There was that much food I only finished half of my toastie and didn't have any dinner that night.????????

Perfect cooked breakfast with square sausage. As visiting the city, this had a lovely local atmosphere. Service was excellent and swift. They didn't skimp on dropping huge bottles of proper sauce down either. Loved that. Well worth a visit.
Went in here on Sunday as we normally do ,sat at a table for 4 as my husband is a big man 6ft we were asked to move to a table for 2 that was next to a pole with not a lot of room to move ,told they needed the table as it gets busy ,there were other couples sitting at tables for 4 plus there were big tables empty ,we decided to leave ,on them wanting the big table for more people they have lost 2 regular customers .
First time trying here I ordered Macaroni Cheese and mum had Carbonara both dishes good portion sizes and both really tasty dishes probably the nicest Macaroni i have ever tried when buying other than homemade would highly recommend and would definitely go back the only tiny let down was I ordered a caramel latte and it came just a latte but a little sugar in it and it was fine
