After suffering a severe puncture on the M6 on the way to see Rick Astley in the NEC, I dropped my family at Rugby Railway Station to get the train. Luckily for me, Rugby Tyre Services were still open and despite being late on a Friday were able to sort me out with a replacement tyre immediately. I was looked after from arriving and offered tea and coffee which was great on the cold and wet night in question.
The owner, despite having just driven back from Cornwall could not do enough to help, including changing into working gear to personally fit the tyre after I mentioned I was on the way to a show.
Also, they offered to try and repair the puncture if possible, sadly this was not possible due to being right on the edge of the wheel.
I was able to rejoin my family at the NEC in time to enjoy the gig, and then get safely home afterwards without needing to worry about anything.
It would have been really easy to turn me away as they were already busy with another customer, and I am so grateful that their customer service was so excellent.
Last point - after all that the tyre was really well priced as well.
Went for replacement tyre as had chunk missing - they kindly advised it didn’t need replacing despite the face we would have paid (not knowing!). Very kind - also helped with another matter - out of kindness of heart! Would recommended to all and will definitely be back. Rare to find such honesty! Thanks.
Life savers! Was on the return to Leeds and found an issue with my tyre. Pulled into the shop with 30mins to go before closing and they sorted it all out for me nice and quick. They got a call from someone else in trouble just before closing and they said they’d stay open to help them out! Quality service! Top lads the both of them!
I had a very positive experience with Rugby Tyre Services today. All places I called required an appointment with no availability for a few days.
The chaps here said no appointment was needed and sorted me out with an excellent price also. Super freindly and helpful and lifesaver so I could get back to Manchester with no issues!

Excellent service from Brian and the team on my Tesla. They went the extra mile to source the new tyre - even making a special trip to source it without having to wait - and were friendly and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend!
