It's amazing to get someone that knows what their doing after 12 hours of waiting and sending 3 recovery trucks that were too small finally Roger came to the rescue with a 40ft and a low loader just in case the 40ft wasn't big enough I was in a 28ft sprinter
A proper recovery service!
I had an issue with my trailer up on the M6, I was greeted by a BEAUTIFUL van which is a first sign of professionalism.
I had the Boss attending and there was a swift diagnosis of the issue which in my error I had said it was something else it was not brake related.
We drove the trailer to the yard and it was left overnight, the parts were a complete pain in the arse to get hold of BUT they went and picked them all up, its now 8am the following morning and I’m almost back on the road.
A massive thank you to all the Lads at RTS and its great to see a professional and honest service with lads who no what there on about!
Oh, and Roger if there is a next time, il get you a meal and not just a Double Cheese Burger!

these boys fixed my trailer and had me holyhead bound within a hour and also offered coffee while the job was been done

Our 7.5 truck broke down we managed to get it into RTS and it was fixed within the hour, not only that they didnt charge as it was a new diagnostic machine they were using so we kind of did them a favour, what a service its a pity there arent more like them. Thankyou from M Clayton Transport.
Roger, his team go the extra mile to help. I called RTS, within the hour they where there, sorted out my problem with my trailer, I was back on my way, made the ferry on time.
