So much more could bd done with this place. It has the feeling of just keeping its head above water. The staff were very good and beer was well kept.
I was here for a private function, it was very busy , the bar staff were friendly and did a great job.
It's a lovely place for a quiet drink when there is not a private party taking place.
No problems parking.

Love this place, and the food is not half bad
Must be a great place cause my hubby lives in there lol. No honestly really nice place landlady is lovely. My kids even like going with their dad. Prices must be good too cause he doesn't like expense and the beer again must be perfect cause he would be the first to complain if it wasn't.
Excellent atmosphere with excellent food. Great events such as the quiz and the occasional band. Will be an excellent pub in the summer with a lovely beer garden and plenty of parking. Steve and Jo are very quick to make anyone feel welcome. Thoroughly recommended to anyone.
It looks a bit like a canteen with the seating area no comfy chairs so doesn't encourage you to stay longer. Also it's the worst pint of Madrie iv ever had
