Second time I've visited this takeaway and both visits have been 5 star. The guy that took our order is lovely, only waited 15 - 20 mins for our order. The food is absolutely delicious. Always hot, well cooked, and tastes amazing. Not a single fault, couldn't be happier! Definitely our new favourite!!
This review would be a 0 Star if I could! Beware of false reviews on Just away and Google, delivery was over 30 minutes late and the food was not just bland, but the chicken was dry and had a bad almost pungent flavour. The Naan Bread was also disgusting and easily the worst naan bread I have ever had!

The delivery man said that he was outside but was unsure of where the address was, upon leaving the flat we found him at the bottom of the stairs smoking a cigarette with the car parked in the middle of the road. He clearly could not be bothered coming up the stairs. When confronted he admitted his fault and said he had too many deliveries to do.... absolutely unacceptable. From all my review you will see i give 5 stars, shows how rubbish the service was.
Just paid the best part if 30 pound for one of the most disgusting Indian takeaways I've ever had. Chips were cold and soggy and the whole meal was just seriously disgusting. Worst Takeaway experience I have ever had. I ordered food from this establishment, which turned up half an hour late. I specified to phone my number not buzz the door, as my girlfriend was sleeping, they buzzed the door and woke her, when I got outside, i was told I had to log into my just eat account as there had been an issue with the order, i did so on the drivers ipad, and the driver proceeded ro review the restaurant with full stars on every aspect. After eating the food, I would like to assert it would not get full stars on any aspects, and i found this act of deception quite disturbing. I would like to firstly find out how i can change the review that i never had the opportunity to make, and also query whether this is something JustEat is aware that is happening? I have a strong suspicion most of the tandoori's good review may have been customers who were likewise duped.
Ordered 2 curries, 2 X Pilau rice, poppadum and onion Baji. After an hour the food showed up but without rice. Called the Royal Masala to be told they would send out 2 X rice, I explained that the curry would be cold by the time it arrived to then be offered the price of the rice be refunded...........I politely explained the importance of the rice and asked the driver to return and collect and for a full refund to be provided. This was agreed. The driver came back and now a few days later I checked my online banking to discover they charged me the full amount. Not happy at all, would not recommend this curry house for a takeaway. First time I have tried the Royal Masala and it will be the last. Go elsewhere!
Delivery turned up 45 min late - rang to ask where my meal was and operator hung up on me. Plus delivery guy had a go at me for not listing my floor when I had in fact listed both the floor and building my flat is in. Food was cold and soggy when it finally did arrive - chips were not cooked, naan bread inedible and watery (?!), chicken nuggets were not nuggets, just chunks of chicken rolled in bread crumbs - ended up chucking it in the bin. When I rang to request a refund, operator called me a "liar" and when I stated the customer service had been terrible, he called me a liar again and hung up. I am reporting to trading standards.
Had a Lamb Bhuna with Pilau Rice, got some poppadoms and chutney/dip thrown in for free. Just average; the Khyber Pass just up the road does it much better for less money and less waiting time. Go there instead.
