Been here a few times and always found it immaculately clean and tidy, easy to navigate and with friendly staff. There's a nice little cafe too which offers food and drink at great prices. If you want to avoid the expensive car park charges there's nearby on-road parking by the cemetery (and surrounding side roads) if you don't mind a short walk up the hill.
I really like this place to get blood tests and X-rays, but had a scan today requiring a full bladder and they do not provide drinking water on site, a little disappointed

Some of the ward staff both trained and HCA make this place is a disgrace to health care service. Staff I've encountered have shown little care or patience to the vulnerable elderly in their charge. I am applaud by what I have seen and heard. They know their behaviour is substandard so they think they can avoid being reported by not wearing name badges.
Always thought this was a great little hospital never had issues umtill now. Gone to book a blood test to be rejected unless I book through a app and in the terms and conditions you got to give permission to be tracked and personal information to be taken off your phone is a no go with me. Looks like I'm going to a different hospital now as other hospitals in the area don't use this app
I regularly use Phlebotomy at this hospital, (every 12 weeks) and the girls who work here are just lovely, always kind, courteous, respectful, and just as important, very good at what they do, I used to be scared of needles, but they are so professional I have no nerves at all now. Highly recommend any nervous patients to use Rowley.
Was in summer bay et ward. The staff were fantastic and really looked after me. Nurses, hcas, and domestics they were all brilliant. Can't say the same for office managers!

Here for a blood test, absolutely rude staff. After arriving 20 mins early and finding out that check in machine is faulty, we went to reception who redirected us to blood test department.
We were met by 2 rude staff members (lady with blonde hair and a man with a receding hair line) who told us we were late despite seeing them 10 mins early
"Get in we're running behind now because of you"
They took no care when we told them the person receiving was nervous when taking needles. Instead was ridiculed for this and was never asked for important information so we could of been anyone
The staff need to learn some manners here and wind their neck in rather than being rude towards their patients
