excellent service went for puncture repair and the staff went above and beyond, very welcoming as was my first time in my new car
Not very well run, got quoted a price to then turn up and then try and raise it by £60. There was also someone kicking off over the same thing. Also they jacked up my car without putting it into jack mode - which shows how much they know about cars . Good for an emergency as it’s just tyres but not the bestest of companies
Dreadful experience! I requested to pay by card, but they insisted on cash. After paying 100 pounds in cash and 20 pounds by card (as I didn't have cash), they illegally charged 25 pounds instead of 20. Through such dishonest practices, they demonstrate a lack of professionalism and honesty. Beware of these thieves, I strongly do not recommend!
Helped me out massively when my tire went flat during a delivery. Was in and out in 10 minutes, top quality service at a good price. Would highly recommend
Used these guys several times now. Got to say they've always been reliable and fair on pricing. Today i went to have a tyre replaced on an alloy wheel that had a buckle. No messing around, as soon as i arrived jack under and wheel off. New valve and balance as well as putting all the stuff away - all for only £15. Previously had both new and part worn tyres fitted, all without problem and competitively priced. Will be my go to place for tyres and already referred others. Thanks lads ????????
Amazing service! My car was fixed so quickly, super friendly and they did a really good job :)!
Being a former mechanic avoid tell you one price on the phone then they up it when you get there also they dont use a torque wrench they just gun wheel studs on which is potentially dangerous
Made an absolute mess of my car!! Which isn't a cheap car!!
Firstly, they snapped my bumper clips and took my side skirt away from it's bonding by putting it on that ramp. Why they couldn't just jack it up like they did the other car is beyond me?
Secondly they have chipped my newly refurbished wheel!! Which cost me over £400 to get sorted.
I will be seeking a full refund.
Worst part is, I usually use national tyres but thought I'd help out a local business. I will not be making that mistake again!!
I will be heading over at the weekend.
