I went with apprehension for an endoscopy as my GP considered I potentially had cancer. Wow what a life changing statement. As it turned out I was fine but it is not because of the outcome that I write this message. Throughout I was made to feel special and cared for and JP, you know who you are, looked after me, before, during and after the procedure. I love you all who took me on this journey and thank you for treating me so well. Xxx
I visited today for a gastroscopy procedure, I was quite nervous and anxious, the staff immediately put me at ease and were very reassuring. They explained to me what to expect and we're really kind to me during the procedure. After it was done and I was taken to the recovery room, I was given a drink and a biscuit. When they were certain that I was ok they explained the results and rang my husband to come and collect me. The NHS should be proud to have such wonderful and caring staff.
Great parking, immaculate inside. Greeted with smiling faces. X ray department super friendly and efficient I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Endoscopy here, what a brilliant, well run department. Mrs Binnington and her team are just wonderful, I can't praise them enough. The staff are professional, courteous, efficient and so pleasant. Mrs B herself IMHO is the best Consultant plus she's a hoot!
Small little place, nice friendly and clean was a little difficult to find the entrance and car parking can be an issue but still overall good.
Staff are polite & friendly but the parking isn’t good, it needs some parent / child bays so you have space to move around your car. Visiting the midwife team today with a baby & a toddler was really hard we eventually got a space but there was just no room to open the doors wide enough to get out the baby carrier & then a toddler out of a car seat. We had to pull out of the space to have room which caused an obstruction which really wasn’t safe !!
awful service rang up in morning for phone consultation they said doctor will ring you this morning, no call till 1pm rang them back receptionist answered said the doctor was busy they will ring you defo today.
still no call til 5.50pm. rang the receptionist again and the doctors gone home. rather made oppintment to see the doctor face to face. they not bothered about you. !!!
